1:1 Sound Bath Session

An hour-long immersive sound journey at my home (in Liverpool) for you to rebalance your physical and emotional body, creating equilibrium.

Note: This session can be provided for a child with parent present.

Price: £35 for an hour-long one-to-one personal sound bath

FAQ’S

  • A sound bath is a gentle, immersive experience where you relax and are "bathed" in the soothing sounds of instruments like singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and gentle percussion. The vibrations and tones help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and promote a deep sense of relaxation and wellbeing.

  • For the one-to-one service you don't need to bring anything with you as it will all be set up at my therapy space.

    However, if you are attending a group session, you will need to bring everything you need to make a comfortable nest such as a yoga mat, cushions, blankets or sleeping bag and an eye pillow or mask.

  • For an hour-long one-to-one personal sound bath the fee is £35.

    For a group sound bath the fee is £15.

    For private retreats or corporate functions, please email me to discuss costs.
